Meeting face-to-face in the space you’re planning to renovate or extend gives you the opportunity to get to know us and gives us the insights to answer the questions you’re itching to ask. It generally takes about an hour, and it’s completely obligation free.

Planning is the most important part of your home renovation or extension. From tight deadlines to tight access, all aspects of your build need to be considered, estimated and costed. If you haven’t already completed your plans and surveys with an architect or draftsman, we’ll put you in touch with some of our trusted local contacts who are experienced in drawing up plans that suit the Northern Beaches coastal climate and lifestyle.

As soon as we have a set of plans that best fit your vision, we can give you a clear idea of the price of your project. We’ll talk you through all the places where it makes good sense to invest more to achieve the look you want, as well as the areas where you can make savings. Only when you’re happy will we proceed to signing contracts.

We take a great deal of time and care to talk you through every aspect of your build, at every step and stage, always making sure you understand how things are progressing. This means the process is well structured and stress-free.
